Albric Walking Group has 24 members and we walk all year round, Monday one week, Tuesday the next, Wednesday and lastly Thursday.

There is a regular attendance of 10-12 and we depart at 9.30am from the car park of our local pub The Crown, Albrighton.

We travel up to 20 miles and take it in turns to drive, everyone paying a share of the petrol.

A list of the dates and walks is printed in January and July and members put their names on weekly lists to gauge the numbers.

We walk about 5 miles at a steady pace, and end either at a pub or teashop, and picnic in the summer.

In October we have an annual dinner and in December indulge ourselves with a seasonal meal.

Everyone is very friendly and new members are very welcome.
