February was our AGM, but this year we also invited Helen Ellis along to show us how to do some origami. As it was very near to Valentine’s Day we created designs that could be used in cards. Helen was an excellent instructor and every member went home with a small piece of origami they had created out of tissue paper, having enjoyed a very sociable evening. I am also glad to report that members of the committee were willing to stand for another year, when we hope to enjoy more entertaining and fun meetings and outings.
