On Tuesday September 8th, ALBRIC W.I. met for the first time since March! It was our 54th birthday celebration and we had an enjoyable evening catching up with other members, although numbers were limited as per COVID-19 restrictions. We toasted ALBRIC with a glass of wine and savoured a delicious slice of cake. The excellent cakes were generously donated by Sarah Killeen of Albrighton Cakes. Many thanks to Sarah.
Sadly, our President/Treasurer, Carol Forshaw, and several other long standing committee members will be stepping down at the end of this year, and to date we have no replacements. In view of this, ALBRIC’s future is very uncertain. Unfortunately, because of the latest COVID-19 restrictions, we will not be able to arrange any further meetings.
