Another busy month for our Strollers, Walkers, Crafters, Knitters and other various groups. On Saturday 7th March, our President, Carol Forshaw, and I were fortunate to be invited to represent Albric W.I. at the launch of the First Responders new vehicle. Our members had generously donated £500 to the fund. (Photos on the website). At the March meeting, we were pleased to welcome three new members and present them with their new member packs. Afterwards, Peter Dunhill gave an entertaining, informative and amusing presentation on Signs, Scenes, Stiles and Surreal Sights. I’m sure his talk will make us all a little more observant in future. April’s Meeting on Tuesday 14th at 7.30 p.m., at the Red House, will feature a talk about Lord Nelson by Max Keen. Interested? Why not join us. Full details on our programme page.
