We had a very busy time in July, with our stall at The Albrighton and Donington Fayre being stacked with home made cakes and preserves. I’m happy to report that we sold everything by the time the weather took a turn for the worse, which made a good boost to our funds. We also had a lucky dip and colouring for children as well as displaying our craft work for the Shropshire Federation competition.

Claire Stack was very busy at our July members meeting and had us all enthralled painting poppies – there were definitely some budding artists and everyone was pleased with their efforts.

On 6th August we will be holding our annual picnic event at Peppers Prospect where members, family and friends can enjoy a relaxed afternoon of good company and games of croquet.
